Nathalie Deschamps, Myers Barrhaven Toyota
I’ve always had a passion for cooking and dreamed of being a chef to share the joy of food with others. After graduating from Algonquin College’s Culinary Skills program, I spent over 13 years working in various restaurants, catering, and in both daycare and retirement residences.
When an injury prompted me to explore a new career path, I turned my curiosity about sales into action. Encouraged by a friend in the industry, I applied for a position at Myers Barrhaven Toyota and was hired on the spot.
Now, after a year and a half with Myers, I’ve found my place in a supportive community that values customer service—a skill I honed in the hospitality sector. I thrive in this fast-paced, dynamic environment and am proud to contribute to our clients’ experiences.
My motto is, “Respect others’ time and money as if it were your own.” I believe that every interaction should be meaningful and considerate.
As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field, I embrace the challenge and strive to excel. We’re all just people at the end of the day, and I’m committed to making a positive impact.
