Employee Wellness, Health & Access to Resources

The pandemic has impacted everyone in many ways. A common theme we hear from TADA Dealer members is the burden that has been felt and the impact on employee’s wellness, specifically their mental health.

To help our dealer members navigate this topic we invited Karen O’Connell, Director, Governance & Plan Management Benefits 360 Health & Welfare Trust at Canadian Automobile Dealers Association to TADA Talks. Karen and Todd discuss the stigma associated with mental health, how managers can help support their employees and create an accepting environment while utilizing the tools and strategies to manage their own mental health.

As of October 1, 2020, CADA 360 has introduced a well-being platform that is an extension of the EAP called LifeWorks. You now have access to Morneau Shepell’s LifeWorks platform which provides CADA 360 plan members with access to thousands of well-being resources over and above what was previously available, plus exclusive savings at over 700 online vendors. LifeWorks is available 24/7 and anywhere you live in Canada. There is no cost to you or your plan members for EAP or LifeWorks.
